Swim - 420m
The SWIM is in the Lido. 14 lengths, swam as a zigzag
Cycle Route - 20.3km
The BIKE route has been specially designed to incorporate only left turns – making it as competitor-friendly as possible, with marshals out in force to keep everyone safe and stop competitors getting lost. The course is mostly flat on the way out and ‘undulating’ on the way back
RUN ROUTE - 6.7km
The FULL RUN is along the Waveney River and across country tracks (new route since 2023).
Route used for both Triathlon and Aquathlon Adult events
youth & sprint Aquathlon Run Route - 2.6km
The YOUTH & SPRINT RUN is through Beccles to the Waveney River at Beccles Quay, then cutting across the Quay field to loop back to Beccles (new route since 2026).
Route used for both Aquathlon Youth and Aquathlon Sprint events
